I want what the research actually backs — not what's trending.
Proof, not hype.
Evidence-based supplements, vetted against the primary research and stated honestly — just the few worth owning, no hype. Educational only — not medical advice; talk to a clinician or pharmacist before changing what you take.

Questions, answered
- Is any of this medical advice?
No. It is educational and cites published research. Supplements can interact with conditions and medications — talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting anything, especially if you have kidney disease, take anticoagulants, or are pregnant.
- How do you rate the evidence?
We read primary studies and meta-analyses, report effect sizes, and say plainly when the evidence is strong, mixed, or thin. We don't hide null results — if a big trial found no benefit, we say so.
- Are supplements regulated for effectiveness?
In the US, dietary supplements are not FDA-approved for efficacy and quality varies. We favor products with third-party testing (Informed Choice, NSF, USP) and flag it where it exists.
